Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from any damage, stains, or alterations
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Beds & Mattresses (due to hygiene considerations)

Return & Exchange Process

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Step 4: Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Shipping Costs
- Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Exchanges: We cover the cost of shipping the replacement item
- Damaged/Defective Items: We cover all shipping costs for damaged or defective items
Refund Information
Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
